I cannot recommend Aidan enough. I started training with him properly in January 2019 and now I wouldn’t go with anyone else. I have always wanted to learn more about the gym, but with work commitments I struggle to find the time, which is why I wanted a coach like Aidan who has done all the research and I can fully trust him to make sure I am doing everything correctly. I have always wanted to see a change in myself and have been reluctant to get a personal trainer or spend the money unless it was 100% worth it. I can tell you he definitely is, form correction, nutritional guidance, and the training programs were adapted to what I enjoyed and what was most practical.
He checked up with me on a regular basis and tailored my training to what I wanted to achieve. He’s honestly pushed me to my limits and put me through my paces and I couldn’t thank him enough. I can see a massive change in both my physical appearance and my confidence in and out of the gym. I am very excited to see what more I can achieve with him in the near future.
Hello, I'm Aidan. I first started my fitness journey back in 2016, and I started as I wanted to look good for a holiday I had coming up in the summer. My training consisted of just going into the gym and doing a bit of everything, bench press, bicep curls, tricep dips, you name it. I had no plan, no form of progression, just going in and doing a what I felt like that day. I was also lacking the calories & macronutrients needed to supply my body with the nutrients it needs to grow muscle, no structure to my eating, and eating what I please with no care in the world.
As you can probably guess this isn’t the best way to go about things if you want results. However, I didn’t realise this until a whole 2 years of lifting, and getting mediocre gains. When you first start your lifting journey, your body is so sensitive to growth, that it’s a big window of opportunity, and getting a personal trainer in this time to educate you about training and nutrition, as well as teach proper technique can boost your results ten fold.
